Each year, The Help Group serves more than 6,000 children with special needs and their families. Some of these children have been victims of abuse and neglect, some are part of the foster care

system and many are from families with severely limited financial means. In 2003, The Help Group established the Dr. Adam Opportunity Fund to provide scholarship support, mentoring, college counseling, vocational training, internships and even basic food, clothing and shelter for these children and their families. Now, more than ever, gaps in learning and setbacks from emerging mental health challenges amplify the need for our services.
